Confirmation Sunday

Confirmation Sunday is set for May 4th at the 10:00 AM service. This service is one of the most important services we have all year. It is on this day that we witness the commitment of our eighth grade confirmands to Jesus Christ and His church.

Confirmation is a completion of the baptismal rite. At baptism, we ask parents, sponsors, and the congregation in the name of a child to rear the child in faith. Confirmation gives the young person the opportunity to confirm what was said in his or her name at baptism. It is a sacred moment.

May we invite you to please be present as a sign of your love and support for these people and as a sign of your own commitment through your baptism.
